Your Will is one of the most important documents you'll ever create
It could save your loved ones from financial hardship and distress, prevent family disagreements, secure the future of those you leave behind, and reduce your tax bill.
Yet a recent survey suggests that almost 60% of us haven't made a Will - perhaps seeing it as morbid, complicated and expensive.
At Alex Truesdale Wills Limited, we want to change all that. We offer a professional, flexible and personal will-writing service to make giving you peace of mind about your loved ones' future as simple and painless as possible. Find out more about making a Will today
How we can help
Our range of professional services includes:
No surprises, no hidden extras
Contact us today for an information pack and price list, and to arrange a free, no-obligation initial consultation. We offer a prompt, personal service, visiting you at home or work at a time convenient to you - including evenings and weekends.
The fee we quote for our services at the end of our first meeting with you is the total fee you will pay for those services, with no uplifts, no hidden extras and no unnecessary cross-selling. We will then prepare your Will and any associated documents based on your individual circumstances, sending you a draft for discussion no longer than seven days after we receive all the information we need from you.
Finally, once you are completely happy with your draft Will, we will visit you once more to supervise the formal signing and witnessing, or execution, of the Will.
